Return Policy

We have a 30 business day return policy. That means you have 30 business days after receiving your item to request a return (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us at nraparts1@gmail.com or 516-770-4061 with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be sent to: 4470 21st Street, Long Island City, NY 11101. If your return is accepted, we will email return instructions and a return shipping label when applicable. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping

If we made an error (wrong item shipped, defective item, or damage in transit), NRA Parts covers return shipping and provides a prepaid label at no charge. For other eligible customer-initiated returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the refund unless we provide a prepaid label in writing.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom/special-order products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at 516-770-4061.
