Processing and ship time

In-stock orders typically ship within 3 business days after the order is placed (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Special-order, backordered, oversized, or freight items may take longer; any longer lead time will be confirmed when known.

Carriers and delivery estimates

Most in-stock parcel shipments within the contiguous United States are sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Typical transit time after shipment is 2–7 business days, depending on destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer.

Oversized HVAC equipment, water heaters, and freight-eligible items may ship via LTL freight. Freight transit commonly takes 3–10 business days after pickup.

Shipping costs

Shipping, taxes, and discounts are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete payment. Buy $300.00 and enjoy free standard shipping within the USA on qualifying parcel orders. Free-shipping eligibility excludes certain oversized, freight, hazardous, or special-order items; any exclusions are shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your package ships, we email a tracking number and carrier link. You can review order status in Your Account, or use Track My Order if you checked out as a guest.
